10 chilled Rasgulla
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1 tbsp hot milk
3/4 cup chilled milk
1 tsp sugar ( adjust accordingly)
3 to 4 ice cubes
2 Rasgulla for serving
8 to 10 strands of kesar/saffron
Directions
1. Soak the saffron in 1 tbsp of hot milk and keep aside.
2.blend all the ingredients including the soaked kesar/saffron milk.
3. Serve chilled with 2 pieces of Rasgulla.
4. Enjoy!
