Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 10 chilled Rasgulla


  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream


  • 1 tbsp hot milk


  • 3/4 cup chilled milk


  • 1 tsp sugar ( adjust accordingly)


  • 3 to 4 ice cubes


  • 2 Rasgulla for serving


  • 8 to 10 strands of kesar/saffron

Directions

  • 1. Soak the saffron in 1 tbsp of hot milk and keep aside.
  • 2.blend all the ingredients including the soaked kesar/saffron milk.
  • 3. Serve chilled with 2 pieces of Rasgulla.
  • 4. Enjoy!
